This quote was added to our website because while coming up with quotes my daughter Delilah had written down on a paper plate, Trust Yourself. I added this to my journal to capture the saying, but didn’t realize this was actually a quote spoken by someone famous.

If you don’t know, Dr. Spock was a pretty well known doctor from the 50s, 60s, and 70s and was well recognized as a specialist on how to be a great parent. I recall him from my childhood, but as I’ve come to know him from our research he was really well known writing how to books for talking care of children.
